I felt the first "sparks" when I was just 6 years old, riding in the backseat of a realtor's car and helping my parents search for the perfect 4-bedroom house. By the time I was 12, I had become an amateur appraiser ─ cruising neighborhoods with my dad, guessing how much the houses cost, and perusing the Dayton Daily to find the correct answers. As an adult, I gained much real estate experience through military moves to New Mexico, Arizona, Virginia, and Alabama. Besides buying and selling homes for my family, I've fed my passion for the past eight years by purchasing rental properties and "flip" homes to supplement our family income. After building five new homes, coordinating six FSBO (For Sale By Owner) sales, and managing multiple rental properties, I decided to turn my avocation into my profession.
I'm uniquely qualified as a realtor. I not only have years of personal real estate experience but also a B.S. in Mass Communication from Miami University.
